CRAZY Hybrid Animals
Unusually bright orange with a red body and deformed swim bladders, the Blood Parrot is thought to have been bred from a severum and red devil cichlid or possibly from a midas cichlid and a redhead cichlid. Birthed in Taiwan, many are against such unusual hybrids and there have been moves to remove these fish from the market and from other pet stores.
As fascinating as this hybrid is, grizzly bears and polar bears have been known to couple up in the wild in the past. However, most known cases of Grolar Bears in existence have come into this world in captivity giving us partial credit for their discovery. Despite records of at least three sitings, Grolar Bears are still very similar to their parents, often having physical traits of both the grizzly and the polar bear.
The Iron Age pig is a hybrid between a wild boar and a domestic Tamworth pig meant to recreate the type of pig represented by prehistoric art works of the Iron Age. Generally, they are only raised in Europe for a specialty meat market, and in keeping with their heritage are generally more aggressive and harder to handle than pure domestic pigs.
