Avoid leaving the house without your sunglasses, as not only do they hide the tell-tale sign of a hangover (puffy, red eyes), but your eyes will also be very sensitive to light!
Listening to loud music is a bad idea when you're hungover, because chances are you've already got a thumping headache as it is! Take the time to relax and give your body a rest from anything too over-the-top.
